Vintage Inspired Laze Tea Light Holders


Here’s a quick tutorial showing how to make some adorable vintage inspired laze tea light holders.

Supplies:

Glass tea light holders or small glass containers

Laze ribbon

Scissors

Fabric glue, needle/thread or potato flour/water

 

Method I

  1. Mix 1,5 tablespoon of potato flour with 1 dl./0,5 cup cold water and then mix in 1 dl./0,5 cup of boiling water

  2. Cut a piece of laze that will fit around the glass container

  3. Soak the laze in the potato flour mixture

  4. Wrap it around the glass container. Wait for it to dry and clean the edges around the laze

Method II

  1. Cut a piece of laze that will fit around the glass container

  2. Sew the ends together with a thread and needle, and cut the excess laze off

  3. Turn it inside out and place it over the glass container
